Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge

The 2016 Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge is here!

The aim of the challenge is to encourage and inspire children to read and ‘experience’ new and exciting books with their family, guardian or teacher.

Students in Prep to Year 2 will participate in the challenge in class with their class teachers. They will aim to read or ‘experience’ 30 books from the Premiers’ book list.

Students in Years 3-6 who want to participate are encouraged to complete the challenge individually. Year 3-6 students are required to read 15 books from the Premiers’ book list.

All students who complete the challenge this year will receive a certificate.

The challenge at Chandler Park Primary School closes on Friday 26th August.

If you wish for your child’s name to appear on the online honor roll a signed consent form needs to be returned to your child’s classroom teacher by Friday 26th August.
